Day 1: Johannesburg – Victoria Falls
Departure from the fixed meeting point in Johannesburg and transfer to OR Tambo Airport for your regional flight to Victoria Falls, on the Zimbabwean side.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your accommodation. Check in at a characterful lodge combining comfort, charm and African atmosphere. The rest of the day will be free to relax after your journey or enjoy the lodge facilities.
Flight duration: approximately 1h40.
Day 2: Victoria Falls Tour and Zambezi River Cruise
After breakfast, depart for a visit to the majestic Victoria Falls, one of the most impressive natural sites in Southern Africa. You will discover the different viewpoints set within the rainforest, offering spectacular views of the power of the falls and the mist created by the waters of the Zambezi River plunging into the gorges.
In the afternoon, you will board a peaceful cruise on the Zambezi River. This unmissable experience offers a privileged moment between nature, golden light and a relaxed end-of-day atmosphere. You will enjoy beautiful views over one of Africa’s greatest rivers and may be lucky enough to spot elephants, hippos, crocodiles and many bird species along the riverbanks.
Day 3: Safari in Chobe, Botswana
A full day will be dedicated to discovering Chobe National Park in Botswana, renowned for its abundant wildlife and large concentration of elephants.
Early morning departure from your accommodation at Victoria Falls, followed by a transfer to the Botswana border. After border formalities, you will continue to Chobe National Park for a safari day combining two complementary experiences: a land safari in a 4x4 vehicle with an English-speaking ranger, followed by a boat safari on the Chobe River.
Lunch will be served at a lodge located on the banks of the Chobe River.
In the afternoon, you will board a boat safari on the river, one of the highlights of the day. This experience offers a unique perspective on wildlife, with the possibility of observing elephants, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, antelopes and many bird species, depending on the sightings of the day.
Day 4: Return to Johannesburg
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg.
